Admin & HR Executive

Grace Chua & Associates is an agency representing Great Eastern. We are currently looking for a capable person to fill the vacant position of Admin & HR Executive. Our current executive is leaving on the 14th of January 2011 and we need someone to take up that position by then.

Job Responsibilities
• Handle general admin duties such as photocopy, filing, booking and setting up of conference room, making payment etc.
• Fully responsible for HR duties including recruitment, training administration, screening of candidates, arranging and conducting of interviews
• 5 days work week (Mondays – Fridays, 9.30am to 5.30pm)

Job Requirement
• Proactive and hardworking
• Likes interacting with people
• Able to work under minimum supervision
• Singaporeans or Singapore PR Only
• 21 years old and above
• Minimum 4 GCE O level Credits. Fresh graduates, diploma holders and above are encouraged to apply

*Work location : Changi Rd, nearest MRT: Eunos, it is 5 minutes walk from Eunos MRT
**Able to start work on 14th January or earlier
