Customer Service Officer

A tuition centre in Marine Parade area is looking for a part-time Customer Service Officer.

Job scope inclusive of answering phone calls and communicate with parents, administrative work, fee collection and course promotion. Training will be provided.

Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Able to communicate effectively with customers in both English
and Mandarin
- Able to work on weekends (9 am - 6 pm) and Friday
(from 2 to 9.30 pm)
- Outgoing personality & sales driven
- Willing to learn, honest and responsible
- Related working experience in tuition centre is an advantage
Remuneration:
$50-$60 a day + commission + CPF
