Part Time Administrator

Period: 3 months contract (renewable)

Job Description:
- Working hours flexible from 8am – 8pm(Mon – Fri) & 8am – 12noon (Sat)
- Minimum input of 40 hours a month and 2 hours a day
- Maximum 4-5 hours a day only
- Training will be provided on the work that is required to be done
- Net book computer with strict access to office materials only can be provided

Responsibilities:
- Drafting of applications via online system
- Tracking of applications status
- Uploading of approval outcome via online system

Requirements:
- Good typing skills & ability to use internet
- Competencies in Microsoft Excel
- 40 years & above, MUST be Singaporean or Singapore PR
- MUST be able to read, write & speak Chinese & English
- Some HR or admin back ground in previous work experience is added advantage
- Housewives are welcomed
