Admin Assistant
Requirements and Responsibilites:
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level (English at least B3)
- Locals and PRs
- Computer literate.Good knowledge in Microsoft Office
- Bilingual in both English and Mandarin
- Pleasant, mature, independent, multi-task & good interpersonal skills
- Must be able to start work immediately
- Plan, organise and execute internal administration of the company
- Devise and maintain administrative procedures and systems for ensuring
(1) Adequacy of information
(2) Proper communication
(3) Complete and systematic
documentation and filing
- Assist in various basic HR duties
