Within a fast-paced environment you will support the finance
department with day to day administrative tasks.
• Provide general office and administrative support
• Assist in accounting / book- keeping / filing duties
• Data Entry and payments
• Handling petty cash for staff reimbursements.
• Management and ordering of stationary items
• Involved in Ad-Hoc activities
Requirements:
• GCE 'O/A' Level/ITE/Diploma
• 2 to 3 years of relevant administrative experience
• Proficient in MS Office, Words, Excel and PowerPoint
• The ability to work independently
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
• Able to work in a fast paced environment
• Communicative and outgoing personality
