Job Title: Customer Service Officer

Job Descriptions

1. Manage and liaise recruitment sources

2. Identify potential candidates and arrange for interviews

3. Understand the business model and assist in sales generation

4. Do cold calls and follow-ups

5. Servicing on current clients

6. Coaching and training will be provided to enhance individual growth

7. Basic hourly pay plus Commission

Job Requirements

1. People-oriented, friendly and polite

2. Good interpersonal and presentation skills

3. Goal-driven and self motivated with positive attitude

4. Possess good communication and management skills

4. Diploma/Degree holder from a recognized institution, Fresh Graduates welcomed

5. Singaporean or Permanent Residents Only
