• Past experience in mystery shopping and customer service.
• Min A2 for English in ‘O’ levels.
• Comfortable travelling to designated places of audit.
• Have good observation skills.
• Detailed in documenting questionnaires / checklists.
• Commitment period = 3 months (minimum).
