- Location: Orchard Rd
- Working Hours: 5 Day Work Week (including weekends and public holidays)

* 7.00am to 4.30pm
* 1.30pm to 11.00pm
* 10.00pm to 7.30am
* 9.00am to 6.30pm
* 10.00am to 7.30pm

- Qualifications: Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level
- Must have a good command of English
- Must have a clear and distinctive voice

Scope of Work:
- Responsible for handling of incoming calls and outgoing calls
- Handle paging and take messages efficiently and courteously
- Responsible for handling wake-up calls requests

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Receive and follow through on each telephone call in accordance with standard and procedures stated
- Provide accurate information on hotel promotions and answer all general enquiries pertaining to hotel’s facilities and outlets
- Familiarize with the hotel’s emergency procedures such as fire and bomb threats and to give public announcement in a calm and efficient manner
- Foster goodwill and work towards a cohesive team spirit with all other colleagues
- Follow through all jobs prior to leaving the post, failing which, all messages and follow-up should be clearly conveyed to the next agent to ensure smooth transition of work
- To handle and maintain all equipment in the department properly
- Ensure that proper documentation is maintained
- To handle messages efficiently and courteously
- To read printouts and compile traffic summary
- Ensure that in-house music are played as scheduled
- Remain on duty at the switchboard during times of emergency and calamities so as to keep the flow of communication continuous till ordered to be relieved
- To administer incognito procedures for guest who would not like to be disturbed
- Coordinate with the GSM to call for hotel doctor upon guest’s request for medical assistance
- To perform any other duties at the discretion of the manager
