Customer Service cum Admin Assistant
Job Description
Take calls from local customers, and attend to queries.
Maintain prices in system per salesperson's quote.
Order processing from emails/calls/faxes.
Debt recovery; to call customers on outstanding payments and resolve payment issues.
Ad-hoc administrative duties.
2nd half of 2011, this role is also expected to assist in our project to automate inventory planning.
Pre-requisites
Dip holder.
Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Strong communication skills with friendly personality.
Eye for detail.
Basic accounting knowledge preferred
Bonus if you know SAP.
** This contract position is urgently required from beginning Feb, till end-Dec 2011.
*** Working hours: Mon-Fri, 8.30AM to 5.30PM
