Responsibilities:
Provide a single point of contact for all users to report problems.
Provide 1st level Technical Assistance to customer (in-bound calls, emails or web enquiry)
Provide advice and assistance to customers on usage of simple functional features of software (eg. Ms Office Application)
Resolve customer enquiries efficiently and escalate issues promptly
To follow-up and have strong sense of ownership for all cases to ensure complete closure and maximize customer satisfaction.
Perform ad hoc duties or additional roles assigned (where necessary)
Ensure appropriate process standards are met and maintained
Requirements:
Candidate is required to work shift during weekdays, weekends or public holidays
Each will be required to work for not more than 4 shifts a week
Candidate should be committed and able to work independently
Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/Pre-U/”A” Level, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology or equivalent.
Required skills: PC/Desktop skills, Internet applications, Ms Office/Windows
Preferred language: Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia
