Responsibilities:
Issue of Purchase orders to vendors
Follow up closely with vendors on delivery status to ensure goods are delivered on time
Liaise with overseas vendors and freight forwarders for shipment of goods and clearance
Prepare Delivery Notes to customers
Check on freight charges for import invoices
Assist in any ad hoc duties
Requirements:
G.C.E. ‘N’ or ‘O’ level
Minimum 3 year relevant experience
Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
Bilingual in English and Mandarin
Applicants who are available IMMEDIATELY & / or within short notice will have an added advantage
Other Information:
5 days work week (Monday to Friday: 8.45am - 6pm)
