Responsibilities:
Provide admin support like faxing, photocopying, filing & handle calls enquiries
Data entry & generate weekly & monthly reports
Support Sales Department to do cold calling, set appointments, quotation, sourcing & purchasing
Assist in quarterly stock take & reconciliation
Other ad hoc admin duties assigned by the Superior
Requirements:
Min N or O Level, fresh graduates are welcome
Proficient in MS Office; especially MS Excel
Possess good communication & keen to learn
Independent with initiative & hardworking
Meticulous and able to multi-task
Able to interact with all levels
Only Singaporean & PRs need to apply
Preferably staying in the East
