Customer Service Officer

Responsibilities:

Provide quality customer service support
Verify customer information/particulars
Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle different inquiries
Keep records of customer transactions, details of inquiries, comments and complaints
Follow up on customer inquiries (thru outbound calling)

Requirements:

Positive, resourceful and a team player
An effective communicator and fluent in English is a must and multi language would be an asset
Previous experience in customer service is an advantage
Knowledge of MS Office Applications are necessary
Outgoing, self motivated, self disciplined, very independent and good interpersonal skills with the ability to interact well with internal and external people
Preferably those who can commence work either IMMEDIATELY or within short notice!
5 days work per week
Working Hours: 8.45am-5:45pm
Hourly rate: Min SGD 7.50 & above
