Responsibilities:
Handle enquiries & complains from calling card customers
Related tasks on an ad-hoc basis assigned by their superiors on duty
Requirements:
Relevant experience in customer service or call centre preferred.
Chinese speaking preferred as staff are required to handle enquiries from Chinese speaking customers.
Able to start at short notice.
Working Hours:
Monday – Friday (6.00pm to 10.00pm)
Sunday (10.30am to 6.00pm)
Based on monthly rotational schedule
Salary:
$6.50 per hour
