Responsibilities:

What you can expect to work on:
Assisting MD in daily basis such as updating on daily appointments and scheduling meetings
Office administration such as data entry, filing and scanning
Reception duties such as answering calls and checking letterbox
Basic accounting such as book-keeping, create invoices and record payment
Supporting in client management tasks
Requirements:

Highly motivated employee with well spoken English
Taking responsibility for assigned jobs and projects
A team player
Our offer to the right applicant:
Between $8-$10 per hour depending on experience (including CPF contribution)
Preferred starting date: 2nd April
