Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and secretariat support to manager
Co-ordination of office administration and filing systems
Data updates and administrative records
Other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least GCE ‘O’ level & above
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
Ability to multi-task
Good working attitude
Possess good communication, writing and interpersonal skills
Able to liaise with English & Chinese speaking clients
Only Singaporeans and Singapore PRs need to apply
