Responsibilities:
Handles incoming telephone enquires and/or make outgoing calls to inform customers of promotional offers.
Perform follow-up calls to customers as required to resolve an outstanding query.
Ensures that all commitments made on the call are delivered.
Escalates any queries or unresolved issues which cannot be completed within the agreed procedures.
Undertakes any other tasks delegated by the Team Manager.
Requirements:
Minimum "N" Levels
With experience in Customer Service; preferably with telemarketing experience
Knowledge in the use of computer and related standard office applications
Able to speak fluent English and a second language (Mandarin/ Malay/ Tamil),to liaise with various customers
Undergraduates, students or those waiting for NS enlistments are welcome to apply
Working hours: Mondays to Fridays 9:00am to 7:00pm (flexible to extend till 8:30pm or Saturdays)
willing to work at Henderson/Bukit Merah area or near Dhoby Ghaut MRT
