Events Operations Assistants

We are an events company from Singapore seeking for a few events operations assistants to help us out at our training events

Job Responsibilities:
-Attend Registration desk at the event
-Greet and register guests at the event
-Liaise with hotel banquet staff
-Give a welcome speech to the event guests by reading out a short welcome introduction script
-Formal or corporate dress code
-Outgoing personality and great customer service skills
-well spoken english

Time:7am to 6.00pm

Dates:9-10 April, 14-15 May, 21-22 May, 4th & 5th June, 26th June
More events coming up after June

Rate: $5 to $6/hr (Lunch will be provided at the hotel restaurant)
