Responsibilities:
Objective of Role:
Provides day-to-day administrative support by recording, organising and filing information received.
Responsibility of Role:
Data entry
Consolidation and Filing of Information
Coordination and Organization
Assist the team in projects, admin support, team’s schedule
Any other ad-hoc as required
Requirements:
Minimum ‘O’ level. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Excellent time management skill with strong emphasis on accuracy, prioritization and delivery
Energetic and resilient
Able to operate and contribute with minimum supervision
Proficient in Microsoft applications
Able to start work immediately
