We need one female part time admin/receptionist urgently.
Requirement:
-Pass min JLPT N3 or have oral communication skill in Japanese.
-Writing skill in Japanese is not required.
-Must be fluent in English.
-Must love children.
-Pleasant and cheerful.
-Must have good interpersonal and communication skills.
-Singaporean or Singapore PR.
-With experience in customer service/ reception duties preferred.
Job Details:
-Handling customers enquires via telephone and email.
-Welcome visitors by greeting them and answering their enquires.
-Perform general administrative duties such as filing,
simple data entry, photocopying.
-Collection and record of payment.
Working Hours:
from 1 to 7pm on Mon, Tue, Thu and Fridays
and from 10am to 5pm on Saturdays.
Salary: $6 to 10 hourly
