Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Manager, you are to attend to all banqueting enquiries (email, telephone and walk-in) and coordinate all banquet booking requests.
Prepare proposals and handle reservations and booking of function rooms via internal booking system (CRM).
Provide sales & administrative support involving efficient handling of confidential agreements and generate the 12-day event forecast.
Act as a liaison between the club and organising units, and provide required logistics support to banquet function.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales analysis and support the sales team in attaining sales targets.
Prepare event signage for the day and car park label for clients.
Perform any other duties as and when assigned by your Manager.
Requirements:
Minimum GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ level
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong ability to multi-task, result-oriented, independent and resourceful with strong problem-solving skills
Willing to work beyond office hours when required
