Temp Admin Assistant required for 6 months
PRIMARY FUNCTION
Required to assist the Regional Learning & Talent Development Department in administrative matters as follows:
Logistical handling of all training sessions to ensure a smooth flow from preparation work to post session follow up
Manage training inventory
Liaise with various vendors
Ensure all requirements are available at point of training to faciliate smooth delivery
Ad-hoc administrative matters
Requirement
Experience in administrative and logistical handling for training related sessions/events
Good working knowledge in MS Words, Excel & Power Point
Good communication skills with a pleasant disposition.
Available to start work 2 April 2012
