Responsibilities
To perform administrative duties in the Front Office or on-site administrative support at training courses and seminars.
Requirements
- GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ level holders or Tertiary students who are able to work regularly up to 4 to 6 hours on weekdays or weekends (Saturday/Sunday mornings and afternoons)
- Preferably with previous experience in customer support.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Pleasant disposition, good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, with good organizational, time management and attention to detail skills
