Salary: $6/Hr
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Handling hotline and high volume of calls and enquiries pertaining to Employment in Singapore, Employment Work Pass and Manpower issue in Work permit, Employment pass, Social Visit pass, Dependent pass etc. from local and foreigner worldwide
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate issues promptly, if required
• Perform accurate and detailed data entry into Call Logging System in a timely manner
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Singaporeans with min O / A level, preferably with related experience in the service industry. Fresh diploma graduates are welcome to apply!
• Proficient in English (Mandarin speaking would be advantageous)
• Must be able to commit a min. of FOUR months
• Customer-oriented, with the passion to serve and understand customers’ needs
• Training Provided
OUR CLIENT OFFERS
• 4 - 6 months contract
• 5.5days [ 8.30am - 5.30pm (Mon-Fri) / Sat 8.30am - 12.30pm (Alt Sat) ]
• $6 / Hr
• Work location at Bukit Batok
