Job Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative and customer service support to sales team
* Attend / Follow-up on sales enquiries and incoming calls
* Prepare and follow-up on sales quotations, orders and invoices
* Work cohesively with fellow colleagues to ensure on-time deliveries
* Liaising/monitoring with customers on Accounts Receivable to ensure payment is received promptly.
* Filing of Invoices, Delivery Orders and Cash Sales
* Arrange for courier of documents, packages (Local & Overseas)
Job Requirements:
* Minimum G.C.E O' Levels
* Excellent knowledge of MS Word & Excel
* Bilingual in English & Mandarin
* Able to work independently & unsupervised
* 5.5 day work week
* Part-time / Full-time
