Post 1 : Temporary / Contract Accounts Assistant
Post 2 : Temporary / Contract Customer Service Officer / Representative
Post 3 : Temporary / Contract Admin Assistant
Job Duties (Post 1):
- Provide support to partial or Full Set of Accounts
- Assist the Accounts Executive / Manager in all accounting functions
- Participate in ad-hoc financial matters and projects
Job Duties (Post 2):
- Responsible for incoming calls and outbound following up calls
- Replying to emails and web requests (if applicable)
- Provide customer service support to walk-in customers (if applicable)
- Gather relevant and necessary documents for processing (if applicable)
- Ad hoc duties as and when assigned by management
Job Duties (Post 3):
- Provide general Admin support to various department
- Data entry (Proficient in MS Word & Excel)
- Gather relevant and necessary documents for processing (if applicable)
- Ad hoc duties as and when assigned by management
Job Requirements:
- 'O' Levels / 'A' Levels / Diploma holders / Degree holders / ORD Personnel
- Students on vacation welcome to apply
- Able to commit at least 2 month and above
- Pleasant personality with good working attitude
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications
