Responsibilities:
* Provide support in the organisation of activities and events for the Singapore HeritageFest (SHF) 2009, including working with appointed vendor in the production of publicity materials and collaterals
* Assist the Secretariat of the Singapore HeritageFest 2009 in all administrative duties including preparing of meetings/ powerpoint presentations, report-writing, database maintenance, statistics collation, collateral distribution, etc.
* To assist in any other duties which are assigned by supervisors.
Requirements:
* Minimum polytechnic diploma in a relevant discipline (preferably in mass communications) or “A” Level
* Preferably at least 1 year work experience in corporate communications, mass communications or events management.
* Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
* Meticulous and attention to details and possess analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to multi-task and work well under tight deadlines.
* Able to work independently and yet is a good team player
* Able to commit from January to September 2009.
