Responsibilities:
• Maintain and catalog items which include sample products, brochures, materials from vendors
• Manage PO administration and documentation control in accordance to SOP guidelines
• Coordinate procurement meetings, activities and appointments with vendors
• Assist in the administrative requirement of Tender process
• Sourcing of ad-hoc/miscellaneous procurement products and vendors
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience
• Proficiency in general administration and data entry
• Familiar with Microsoft Office
• Well-organized, possess initiative and able to work under tight schedules in a fast paced environment
