Company Description:
We are a pharmaceutical office looking for a temporary administrative staff. It will be a 6 months assignment, from May 09 to Oct 09. The staff is to provide secretarial and administrative support for our office.
Duties such as:
• Library inventory
• Thermometer calibration & purchase
• Assist in event planning (e.g. printing of materials, lamination, binding of booklets etc.)
• Print agreements for signature
• In charge of outgoing courier
• Packing of documents
• Any other assigned duties
Qualifications:
• “A” level/Diploma holders are welcome
• Working experience in office environment is essential
• Good level of computer literacy
• Self-motivated, energetic, good team player, meticulous & good communication skills
Position is based in Singapore
