You will provide secretarial and administrative support and services to CEO and Deputy General Manager, including handling confidential corporate documents, coordinating Board meetings and writing of minutes of senior management meetings. You will manage their calendars of travel and appointments, and assist in day-to-day correspondence and documentation, filing and other ad hoc projects. Arrange for travel bookings.
Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years’ working experience with senior management
• Diploma holder with strong organization and coordination skills
• Tactful, meticulous and able to multi-task
• Communicate effectively in both oral and written English
• Able to work in fast-paced environment
• Strong competence in MS Office applications
