Responsibilities:
• Maintain filing system, co-ordinate appointments, and performing other duties
• Responsible for preparing letters for National Service deferment, transfer letters, certification of employment
• Manage in-coming and out-going telephone calls, mails, courier, etc.
• Attend to walk-in guests, arrange and set-up meeting rooms
• Any other admin duties as assign by supervisor
Requirements:
• Diploma or ‘O’ level with 1year of relevant HR experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft applications, e.g. Word, Excel, Powerpoint
• People-oriented and able to converse in English and Mandarin
• Able to work in a fast-paced work environment
• Pleasant disposition and personality
• Singaporean or PRs only
