Sales Administration Assistant (3 month contract, renewable)
Job Purpose:
• To assist sales administration executive in providing administrative sales support.
Responsibilities:
• Be responsible for handling sales calls and enquiries in a professional and courteous manner
• Assist in monitoring, tracking and updating of Order Processing.
• Assists in all filing and maintenance of all sales documentation and records
• Assists sales admin executive in other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Requirements:
• Min GCE ‘O’ Level with 2 years relevant working experience
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Process good attitude towards work and willing to learn
• Meticulous, diligent, initiative and a good team player
• Singaporean or PR only
• Able to start work immediately
