Responsibilities:
• Involved in day to day billing, processing of invoices
• Able to do simple accounting
• Prepare sales invoice, Purchase Order & Issue Payments
• Ensure Proper Documents Record & Filing
• Daily updates of invoices and Receipts into accounting software
• General Administrative Work
Requirements:
• Min. GCE O’ Level
• PC literate-proficient in Microsoft office tools
• Min 1 year of working experience would be preferred
• Must be conversant in English and Mandarin as the candidates will need to communicate with customers from China
• Singaporeans, Singapore PRS
• Willing to Start Immediately
