Responsibilities:
• Coordinates with relevant department to ensure smooth exchange of import and export documents with customers
• Reconciles daily collections and complete submission to Accounts Departments
• Monitors accurate collection of freight payments
Requirements:
• Fresh Diploma graduate / GCE ‘O’ Level
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications
• Good aptitude & attitude with keen sense of learning
• Good communication skills and possess excellent customer service skills
• A team player who can work under pressure to meet deadlines
• Can work independently with minimum guidance
• Able to start work within short notice
• Willing to work in the West
Additional Notes:
• Workplace: Jurong East
• Working hours: Monday to Thursday - 9.00am to 6.00pm; Friday - 9.00am to 5.30pm
• Free transportation to & from nearest MRT (Jurong East & Clementi)
