Responsibilities:
• Telemarketing experience with leads generating and appointments securing
• processing customers' orders with speed and accuracy
• Attend to sales enquiries through email/telephone correspondence, and liaising with relevant departments for follow-up
• liaising with production regarding production and delivery issues
• playing an active role in customer retention
• General Admin Duties
Requirements:
• At least a Diploma holder, fresh graduate is welcome
• Good communication skills in English and Mandarin as he / she is required to liaise with Chinese speaking clients
