Responsibilities:
* Maintain and uphold a professional image for the company as the first line of service.
* Provide quality customer service support to customers via phone
* Provide accurate and efficient processing of reservations support work related to pricing, ticketing and schedule changes
Requirements:
* Minimum GCE A levels or Diploma in Business/Tourism/Hospitality or equivalent with 6 months experience in call center environment
* Must be able to communicate in English & Mandarin speaking customers. (Cantonese-speaking will be highly advantageous)
* Results-oriented and effective team player with an eye for details and business processes in a dynamic environment
* Possess strong analytical skills to identify cause of problems & recommend solutions.
* Must be comfortable to work in staggered shifts.
