Responsibilities:
Involve in tele-marketing activities and pre-qualification of sales leads
Meet telecall targets (call performance and no. of appointments made)
Support segment marketing initiatives
Update and maintain the customer data in CRM database
Requirements:
Min. ‘O’ Level
Preferably with telemarketing, call centre or customer service experience
Proficient in computer skill and well organized
Able to commence work immediately and commit for minimum 2 months
Experience in IT software will be an advantage
