Number required: 4

Service period: Till 31 Dec 09

Hourly Rate: $6.50

Requirements:

1) Meticulous, accurate and able to work fast

2) Must be able to commit to a 100% deskbound, administrative job, 5-days a week

3) Has prior administrative working experience, preferably in processing

4) Service-oriented, good telephone etiquette

5) Proficient in MS office applications

Position 2: Temp @ Referral Centre department

Number required: 1

Service period: Till 31 Dec 09

Hourly Rate: $6.50

Requirements:

1) Meticulous, accurate and able to work fast

2) Service-oriented, good telephone etiquette

3) Prefer Chinese candidates in their 30s.

4) Proficient in MS office applications

Position 3: Temp @ Finance department

Number required: 1

Service period: 2 months (Start Date 1 Aug)

Monthly Rate: $1800 - $2000

Requirements:

1) Minimum Diploma in Accountancy (local polytechnics) or ACCA level 2

2) 2 – 3 years relevant experience in FND (temp will be managing accounts payable and cash management)

3) Familiar with accounting software

Position 4: Temp @ Worker Support Department (2 headcounts)

Number required: 2

Service period: Till 31 Dec 09

Hourly Rate: $6.50 (pay rate to cdd)

Requirements:

1) Meticulous, accurate and able to work fast

2) Service-oriented, good telephone etiquette

3) Proficient in MS office applications

Duties:

- Keying in registration forms

- Calling up jobseekers for follow-up

- Data entry
