Job Description:
- Manage the whole operation of the restaurant
- Ensure quality and services are maintained
throughout the operations hours.
- Train and motivate your team.
- Create a fun and dynamic environment
for staff to work in.
- Responsible in ensuring sales, labour cost
and maintaining food cost requirements.
- Responsible in training staff, recruitment,
development and overall job performance.
- Handling customer’s complaints and building a
connection with our customers.
Requirements:
- Must have at least 2 years management
experience in F&B
- Success driven and results orientated
- Responsible and resourceful
- Able to think positively at all times
- Adaptable to changes.
- Singaporeans and PR only
