Responsibilities :
* Prepare quotation, invoices, follow-up on receivables and cash collection
* Inventory management
* Data entry of accounting transactions into the accounting system
* Preparation of reports e.g sales commission report, financial reports, etc.
* Assist in purchasing and expediting
* Attend to phone enquiries and visitors to office
* Perform general administrative duties such as filing, faxing, controlling and maintaining of documents
Requirements :
* Diploma with minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Accounting and Administrative work
* Experience in MYOB would be an added advantage
* Proficient in MS Words, Excel
* Positive attitude and willing to learn
