Casual Management Support Officer (x 6)

Processing of Financial Aid and Donated Scholarships application forms.

Verify applications against supporting documents submitted

- Update status of applications in processing system

- Call or email applicants without full supporting documents

- Filing

- Any other related FA functions

At least GCE‘A’ level or Diploma (graduated 5 years ago)

- CANDIDATES WHO ARE GOING TO NUS OR NTU IN 2010, PLEASE DO NOT APPLY.

- Good communication skills (English)

- Know how to use Microsoft Outlook, Word and excel

- Some working experience in administrative work preferred

- Good with numbers

- Work well under fast-paced environment
