Looking for Female Admin Assistant to help Financial Advisor handle paperwork and some calling. We are looking for Part timer at the moment but will convert to full time if good.
1)Responsibilities:
Admin Work
Answering of phone calls and attending to customer enquiries.
General paperwork like Filing, Data Entry etc
Cold Calling (Not alot)
2)Requirements:
Minimum 'O' level
Singaporean (Retireed are welcome) Only, Student are also welcome if you are able to commit at least 6month to a year.
PC Literate and know how to use Microsoft Office application like Words, Excel
At least some working experience
Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Able to start work immediately
Work for max 3 day during the weekday (negotiable)
Working hour 930pm to 6pm (negotiable)

Bugis area
Salary
$6 - $10 per hour (depending on experience and increment after confirmation)
