Responsibilities :
• Prepare quotation, invoices, follow-up on receivables and cash collection
• Inventory management
• Data entry of accounting transactions into the accounting system
• Preparation of reports e.g sales commission report, financial reports, etc.
• Assist in purchasing and expediting
• Attend to phone enquiries and visitors to office
• Perform general administrative duties such as filing, faxing, controlling and maintaining of documents
Requirements :
• Experience in MYOB would be an added advantage
• Proficient in MS Words, Excel
