An established IT company is looking for independent and meticulous candidate to join their team as Administrative Clerk.
Location: Jurong
Responsibilites:
- Provide support in a variety of capabilities, which may include: copy services; office supplies, equipment, and inventory, administrative assistance etc.
- Ensure all documentations are properly file for Corporate Service Department.
- 1st Tier relieving of receptionist function, including attending to incoming calls and sorting of mails in the absence of the receptionist.
- Perform any other duties assigned from time to time.
Duties and Skills:
- GCE 'O' Level / Diploma in Business Studies or GCE ‘A’ level.
- Neat, organised and systematic.
- Receptionist experience would be an added advantage.
- Only Singaporeans and SPR need to apply
- Must be able to converse in fluent English and Mandarin
