Personal Assistant at Emoxis LLP

Emoxis LLP, a boutique motion graphics design company is looking for a Personal Assistant to assist the Executive Producer in secretarial and administrative work.

Founded by SCI alumni, Emoxis LLP offers creative communication solutions for all media; ranging from TVCs, on-air promos, broadcast motion graphics design, MTVs to corporate presentations.

Recently bagging Gold and Silver awards at the 43rd INTERCOM Competition, the company is expanding and is looking for like-minded motivated individuals to join the team.

The candidate should have a strong work ethic, be organized, self motivated be able to multi-task under pressure. He / she should also be effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin.

Key responsibilities include:
• Scheduling of Meetings
• Arrangement of logistics
• Screening of incoming calls and messages
• Correspondence
• Office Administrative Duties
• Running of Errands

Requirements
- Diploma/Degree holder
- Class 3 licence would be required, Candidate would be required to drive
- At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in media sector
- Self motivated and possess good multi tasking skills
- Strong work ethic and excellent interpersonal skills
- Only Singaporeans and Singapore PRs need apply
