Responsibilities:
Provide clerical support and undertake general admin duties / data entry / filing / stationery requisition / in-and-out mailing / attend to walk-in customers and/or visitors / transfer calls and other ad-hoc duties as required.
Assist in HR functions such as Leave Administration, Insurance Claims, monthly event coordination.
Requirements:
Minimum GCE O Levels
Experience in general administration
Good communications skills, effectively bilingual
Possess a pleasant voice as well as personality
Basic MS Office skills and internet savvy
Able to work independently
Open to Singaporeans and Singapore Permanent Residents
