Descriptions:
- Process purchase request / invoice / reimbursment for Regional IT function.
- Verifiying accuracy and correctness of purchase request.
- Validation of actual spending against budget.
- Maintain of contracts, leasing and fixed assets database.
- Support day-to-day administrative function of GS-IT department.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks.
Requirements:
- Able to work from 1 Feb 2012 - End of July
- Admin experience would be preferred.
- Office Hours
- Kim Chuan Road (Near Kim Seng MRT)
