Responsibilities:
- To perform all front office duties professionally and efficiently
- To perform check-in and check-out for Guests
- To perform golf bookings (Training will be provided for candidates with no experience)
- Responsible for implementing positive stay & golf experience for Members & Guests
- Handle all enquires, golf reservations via phone & email
- Assist in ad-hoc matters
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE ‘A’ levels
- Experience in Hotel front desk is preferred
- Meticulous and is customer service oriented
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work in a fast paced environment and multi task
- Preferably able to converse in English and Mandarin in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates
- Able to perform shift duties and work on weekends and public holidays
- Shift hours (6.30am to 2.30pm / 12pm to 8pm)
We provide complimentary meal and company transport to and fro Simei MRT station.
