Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties such as extracting reports, data entry, scanning, uploading, organizing files.
- Support internal operations in purchasing and planning.
- Ad hoc duties assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- Minimum 'O' Level
- Prior administrative experience in manufacturing is an added advantage
- Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word.
- Able to multi-task and communicate with all levels of people
Contract Period: 6 months
