Responsibilities:

•     Attending to event enquiries via sales hotline or emails
•     Advising and recommending appropriate venues for events
•     Assisting sales personnel for site visits and preparation of sales proposals
•     Provide admin support to the department (e.g. preparation of reports)

Requirements:

•     Able to commit at least 3 months (suitable for part time students - night classes)
•     Polytechnic diploma qualification
•     Comfortable with liaising with clients on the phone and via email
•     Service oriented with a pleasant disposition
•     Candidates with sales and marketing related experience will be preferred
•     Bilingual in English and Mandarin

Working hours: Mon - Thur (9am - 6pm)

                          Fri (9am - 5.30pm)

Hourly rate: $8.50 / hr
